Flats at Perimeter Place - Dunwoody

Note from a resident, not someone who only came on a brief tour with highlights of the best: Ever since this complex was acquired under new management 4-5 months ago this place is being ran down by the month. This place is nothing like it was previously. It’s a disgrace and an embarrassment to bring guest over. The hallways smell AWFUL — sometimes like a dead animal. Both, the internal and service elevators smell like raw fish. The trash is ALWAYS overflowing and so embarrassing for anyone to see. They have done a better job recently of keeping the parking garage gate fixed. The door locks are always broken now. Everyone in the hallways and elevators are verbally complaining. The new managing system has us all completely dissatisfied with the upkeep of this building. The only thing that’s saving this place is the location and amenities that surround it.

I recently moved to the Flats and have been loving it! If I need anything or have a question, I’m always taken care of in a timely manner. Clint also put up my curtain rods which I’m so grateful for. Danee has also been so supportive with the move and resolves any questions I have. Looking forward to a wonderful life here at the Flats.

I recently located from NC and chose to stay at this property and I couldn't have chosen a better place to live. While it is in very close proximity to a lot of my favorite stores, the staff have all been very polite and have helped with any questions I have had in a very timely manner. The move in process was one of the easiest I have gone through. Maintenance requests are always addressed right away and everyone I have encountered since moving here has been nothing but nice. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking!

A place to be called as home. I am living here for the past 4 years and love it, even when I thought of changing I came back to this one as nothing near North of Atlanta that matched with the place, team and ambience of "Flats at Perimeter Place". Thanks to Danee for being there when needed, her visits along with Ashley from Connor Group makes us feel like family. I have attached some photos taken from my patio/lanai/balcony - We love the sunsets and sun rises with a coffee or tea. 2 years ago: Excellent Service provided by Mohammed & Eric. They attend to the problem and give innovative solutions if there is no straight solution in hand. I recommend @Flats for peaceful staying and for being cared.

I have been pretty impressed with this complex. Clint, the lead maintenance, is definitely in large part why I am so impressed. He has been immediate and attentive with any issue I have reported. Amber, Danae, and Ashley have impressed me as well. Always attentive and willing to make sure your needs are met. I feel safe here where my neighbors actually care about where they live, and want to keep it clean and taken care of.

I have a ton of bad memories in this apartment. From trying to work and sleep through my downstairs neighbors extremely loud music regularly to having hundreds of dollars of packages get stolen with no recourse. During this time, I had often called or messaged the leasing office and often I was not happy with the result, but in retrospect, they did all they could/should do and my negative perception was largely due to how annoyed I was at the time, which led to me leaving a negative review. In reality I was being unreasonable and while I still think my downstairs neighbor is a nuisance, that is not the fault of the apartment or the staff who have both fined them and asked them to turn it down. Otherwise, the location is good and the apartment is nice and I don’t the walls seem thick enough as I cannot hear my neighbors at all (even when I can hear them in the hall, I really think my downstairs neighbor is just blasting his music exceptionaly loud). Truthfully, I would prefer to give this a 4.5 or something like that because there is a problem of several fire alarms going off each month, many which are seemingly needless.
